Le Chef: Raphaël Lambert

French American, native from South of France. He trained in Lyon at the Paul Bocuse Institute and went on to work for acclaimed chefs such as Paul Bocuse, Guy Savoy and Michel Bras. His humility is remarkable and his culinary art is impeccable. He has been running La Voile kitchen for 6 years.

The Maitre D’: Jérôme Bergère

From Le Mans, a city famous for its “Rillettes” and its “24 Hours of Le Mans”. He has been in the restaurant business for 20 years.  From Waiter at the age of 16, to Chef, From France to NYC, and moving to Islands, like Saint-Barth, needless to say restaurant business has no secret for him.

The Assistant Maitre D’ and Sommelier: Alexandre Sojfer

Coming from the areas of Paris, Alexandre developed his expertise internationally from England to Hong-Kong. Our clientele appreciates very much his accommodating and thoughtful personality . His love for wine led him to be self taught and succeeded in getting his ‘Sommelier’ Title, with his peer, Nathan.
